Our products are designed and manufactured to meet the highest standards, and are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects or faulty materials for the specified warranty periods from the date of purchase.

Product Warranty for LeVivi Range

  • ACCESSORIES & TAPWARE
    10 year warranty* on chrome accessories, wastes, bottle traps and tapware; 2 year warranty* on coloured chrome finishes. 10 year warranty* on stainless steel tapware and accessories; 5 year warranty* on PVD coloured stainless steel and ceramic cartridges.
  • SHOWER ENCLOSURES
    10 year warranty* on acrylic walls, tray, doors and returns. 2 year warranty* on shower seals and black shower doors. 3 years for Nano coating.
  • TOILETS & BASINS
    10 year warranty* on vitreous china toilets, basins & composite solid surface basins. 5 year warranty* on plastic toilet cisterns and inlet/outlet valves. 2 year warranty* on inlet/outlet valve washers.
  • VANITIES & FURNITURE
    10 year warranty* on vitreous china, polymarble & composite solid surface tops. 7 year warranty* on all vanity and furniture cabinets.
  • BATHS
    10 year warranty* on all baths.

*LeVivi products installed in non-residential premises carry a 1 year warranty


Terms and Conditions

In the unlikely event of a fault occurring with your LeVivi product, simply contact your nearest Plumbing World branch with your proof of purchase. They will arrange the necessary inspection.

It is the responsibility of the installer or purchaser to ensure that:
  • The product is not damaged prior to installation.
  • The product does not suffer damage during installation.
Plumbing World will, at its discretion:
  • Repair or replace the defective LeVivi product or part.
  • Pay the cost of repairing the defective product or part.
  • Refund the purchase price to the purchaser.
  • Make adjustments as required.
The following are not covered by warranty:
  • Damage due to accident, improper installation, faulty repairs, alterations or misuse.
  • Improper care and use of inappropriate cleaning products.
  • If the product is installed, altered or used for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was intended.
  • Any costs incurred in removing the defective product and installing any replacement product.
